HOW TO AVOID CONSTIPATION

Constipation is a condition when there is partial or complete inability to empty bowels, resulting into defecating hard stools or worse tenesmus. More terrible than it sounds, constipation, if not hhandled well can in my own knowledge considered Malignant. This is not to scare you into starvation, its only an avenue to enlighten and broaden your knowledge about the concept.

Well, i'm going to enlighten you on how to avoid this discomfort,

First of all, try having your dinner 90 to 100minutes before going to bed (time range is also based on the type of food you eat) because the process of peristalsis, choleresis, detoxification and nutrient transport ranges with individual differences. So, understand your body system first but if you find if puzzling, i'll advice you stay 100mins after meal before hitting the sack.

Further more, take FRUITS. Fruits are wonder natural medications, Rx. Every single fruit has its unique importance. once in a while, make a smoothie or juice extracts from different fruits. Its a perfect means of avoiding constipation.

Lastly, drink enough water. Water, just 2 molecules of hydrogen and 1 molecule of oxygen, tasteless, odorless, colorless but still one of the most recommended drink all over the world by professional Physycians and Therapists. Water goes a long way in hastening digestion.

So, if you must drink, the first thing that should come to mind is water :-)



Different persons have different basal metabolic rate, so if say, Johnny eats and sleeps after 30minutes does not  mean Jack should do the same.

Understand your how your body work, do not compel it to other catastrophic conditions.
